Right of withdrawal<\/h1>\n

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concerning the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery, as well as in other cases listed in \u00a7 53 (4) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.<\/p>\n

To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the ordered goods may not be used in any manner other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way as would be permitted when examining the goods in a physical store. The goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and the packaging must be undamaged (not torn, no writing may be made on the original box or packaging, etc.).<\/p>\n

If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the amount refunded in proportion to the decrease in the value of the goods. In order to receive a full refund, the goods must be unused and in their original packaging.<\/p>\n

The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, except where the reason for the return is that the goods received do not correspond to the order (for example, an incorrect or defective item). The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the notice of withdrawal or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within that period.<\/p>\n

Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store shall refund to the buyer without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date on which the notice of withdrawal was received, all payments received from the buyer under the contract. The Online Store may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back or until the buyer has provided evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.<\/p>\n

If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to reimburse the additional costs exceeding the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method.<\/p>\n

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if, due to an error, the price of the goods in the Online Store has been indicated significantly below their market price.<\/p>\n
