ApaCare® OraLactin chewable probiotic pastilles are a food supplement with vitamin C and three specially selected lactic acid bacteria.

Each pastille contains at least 1 billion probiotic micro-organisms from three different strains that can have a beneficial effect on bacterial colonisation of the teeth, gums, tongue and oral mucosa. Its effects have been clinically tested, with studies showing a greater reduction in dental caries compared to the antiseptic chlorhexidine1,2 , as well as a significant reduction in the caries pathogen Streptococcus mutans3,4.
