For the delivery of orders within Estonia, you can choose from several shipping methods:

Venipak parcel locker

Courier

Shipping costs are paid by the buyer, and the applicable price is displayed next to the selected shipping method.
For orders over 59 €, delivery to selected parcel lockers in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania is free.

We deliver parcels to neighbouring countries as follows:
Latvia – Unisend, DPD and Venipak parcel lockers
Lithuania – Unisend, DPD and Venipak parcel lockers
Finland – DPD and SmartPOST parcel lockers
Sweden – DPD parcel lockers

Suutervis.eu dispatches products after the invoice has been paid in full.
Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
If an order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you immediately.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

If the buyer does not collect the parcel from the parcel locker within the specified period, generally 7 days, and it is returned to the online store, the buyer must pay the cost of reshipping the parcel.
